Early check-in / late check-out subject to hotel availability

Room allocation (Twin / Double) is at the hotel’s discretion

For single occupancy charges apply if no roommate is available

Visa & Documentation

Visa Assistance – Senior Voygers has a policy of applying for group visas. Due to any reason, whatsoever, if the visa is not granted by the respective Consular Office/ Embassy of the country or delayed in issuing the visa, Senior Voyger would not be held responsible for such a failure of obtaining visa and further visa fees, cost of cancellation of air ticket, Insurance or any loss incurred, shall be deducted and only balance payment will be refunded to you.

TCS Declaration – Required as per RBI guidelines for foreign exchange spending on tour packages.

Aadhar and PAN must be linked to get TCS refund.

Booking & Cancellation

No changes permitted once the tour starts

Booking is independent of visa processing; cancellations due to personal reasons (including visa refusal) are chargeable as per policy

No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.)

Final itinerary will be provided post confirmation

2.5% additional bank charges applicable on card payments

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance up to €30,000 included for travelers up to 69 years

Travelers aged 70+ or requiring coverage for pre-existing conditions must pay a supplement
